FAQ's

How do I book a party?

Simply choose your package, go to the booking page to find the booking link and make the booking through the booking system with a non refundable deposit to secure your date.

When is the balance due?

All balances are due 14 days before the party date. If you wish to pay in instalments please contact us directly.

Do parents stay?

You are welcome to stay and relax and watch the children enjoy their party, we do require at least on parent/guardian from the group stays on site at all times for safety and insurance purpsoes. There is an excellent coffee house next door if you wish to grab a hot drink, a cafe next door and a bar across the road from the studio.

Can we bring a birthday cake?

YES!! You are very welcome to bring a cake with you and we can sing a round of Happy Birthday.

Do you offer bespoke packages?

We hope everything offered in the packages offered are suitable for your child and their friends. If you wish to discuss alternative options or something specific please get in touch.

Do you offer packages for more than 12 children?

The Studio is suitable for a maximum of 12 guests for all party bookings. Under strict prearrangement, this could be extended if requried, please contact us to discuss this option.

Do you offer packages for less than 8 guests?

Yes, our Twilight Club and The Beauty Hour is available for groups of 6. School holiday slots will be available for smaller groups, these will be advertised on our socials.

What time do we need to arrive?

All guests are to be at The Studio 5 minutes before their booking time to ensure the cross over of parties does not happen. If you are running late, please call to let us know. We will try to fit in as much of your package as we can, but your party time will be shortened according to your arrival time.

What drinks and snacks are offered?

Crisps, popcorn, biscuits and breadsticks are offered during the party. These can be catered for all allergy issues and generally go down well amongst the children. There is a small drinks selection for the children to choose from.

Can we bring food?

For the 3.30pm Saturday slot and The Twilight Club after school parties from 4pm, you are very welcome to order in food from all the local vendors. There is an excellent local pizza house as well as a Dominos 2 minutes away, which always goes down well, so this is something that is completely up to you to take control of if you wish. If you wish to bring food with you to the party, then please contact us to discuss this prior to your party.

Is the skincare suitable for sensitive skin?

All products used within my parties are natural and of professional quality, and are are gentle and suitable for the most sensitive skins. No nuts are included in anything I use within every package.

Are the parties suitable for both boys are girls?

Absolutely, boys also love to get creative and look after themselves so everyone is welcome at The Pamper Studio.
