How do I book a party?

Simply choose your package based on child's age they are turning, go to the booking page to find the booking link via Acuity, search the package you are wanting, find a date and make the booking through the booking system with a non refundable deposit to secure your date.

What if my child has visited for a party but wants one of her own?

If your child loved coming to a party with us so much they would like their own, then that is amazing and it makes us very happy. If as their parent you are concerned about them repeating the entire party, we have come up with some areas that can be replaced with alternative options to ensure your child gets to do some bits differently. Same favourite bits, some new magic. Please get in tocuh if you wish to discuss the options available to you.

When is the balance due?

All balances are due 14 days before the party date. If you wish to pay in instalments please contact us directly.

Do parents stay?

You are welcome to stay and relax and watch the children enjoy their party in our lovely seating area, we do require at least on parent/guardian from the group stays on site at all times for safety and insurance purposes for children under the age of 8. Children over this age can be dropped and collected if you prefer, but please ensure the children being left are happy to be at the studio without a familiar face. The are self serve tea and coffee facilities on site if you wish to stay and have a cuppa with friends whilst the children party.

Can we bring a birthday cake?

YES!! You are very welcome to bring a cake with you and we can sing a round of Happy Birthday. We have a cake stand, candles, cutter and lighter available, but do ask this is prepared by a parent.

Do you offer bespoke packages?

Our Signature parties are our full experience options, with mini packages being available during the week and after school. There is a bespoke option offered, but must be discussed with The Pamper Studio before booking.

Do you offer packages for more than 12 children?

The Studio is suitable for a maximum of 12 guests for all party bookings. Under strict prearrangement, this could be extended if requried, please contact us to discuss this option.

Do you offer packages for less than 8 guests?

Yes, our mini packages, bestie and mum and me sessions are available at different times of the month, as well as our bespoke party bookings. School holiday slots will be available for smaller groups, these will be advertised on our socials, as well as our special events.

What time do we need to arrive?

All guests are to be at The Studio no earlier than 5 minutes before their booking time to ensure the cross over of parties does not happen. If you are running late, please call to let us know. We will try to fit in as much of your package as we can, but your party time will be shortened according to your arrival time.

Please wait outside for all guests to be present unless it is raining, if the weather is bad please be prepared that turning down and resets might be happening. If you are in the studio after you allocated party time please be aware that turn down will start for the next party.

What drinks and snacks are offered?

Crisps, popcorn, biscuits and breadsticks are offered during the party. These can be catered for all allergy issues and generally go down well amongst the children. There is a small drinks selection for the children to choose from.

Can we bring food?

You are very welcome to bring food to add to the snacks we provide, sandwiches, roll, sausage rolls etc can easily be laid out during the allocated eating time during the party. For the 3.30pm Saturday slot and after school parties from 4pm, you are very welcome to order in food from all the local vendors. There is an excellent local pizza house as well as a Dominos 2 minutes away, which always goes down well, so this is something that is completely up to you to take control of if you wish.

Is the skincare suitable for sensitive skin?

All products used within my parties are natural and of professional quality, and are are gentle and suitable for the most sensitive skins. No nuts are included in anything I use within every package.

Are the parties suitable for both boys are girls?

Absolutely, boys also love to get creative and look after themselves so everyone is welcome at The Pamper Studio.
