
Party Info
All parties require a set up time of around 10 minutes, so this will be added to your party timings. Food is best served after or before the party so please allow some time for that whne planning invites. A parent must be within the building for the duration of the party for safety purposes, but feel free to enjoy some free time whilst the party takes place with a cuppa or glass of wine, unless of course you wish to watch. Please be advised that a table and chairs are needed for all party set ups, if you have a table that might not fit my tablecloth I just ask a cover is provided to protect it as a back up, please let me know if this is not an option within your home to discuss possible ideas. All parties include table dressing where it is possible. During nice weather parties can take place outside if desired but the area must be completely shaded if the weather is hot. A bottle of fizzy pop and nibbles are supplied at every party, these include popcorn and crisps, which generally cover all allergy issues.
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, this must be made within 2 days of the invoice date, the booking will not be confirmed until this is made via online transfer. If this is not received by this time, your booking will be checked before being cancelled and then space made available for other bookings. The remaining amount will be due at the latest 48 hours before your party date, made via online transfer, either through the balance link which is sent to you the week of the party, or through the details on your invoice.​ Consent forms for all guests are sent the week of your party.

Bookings will be confirmed via an email with a receipt sent to you to confirm your deposit has been received. Please note there will be a fuel cost per mile of £1 one way for bookings outside of 10 miles from BN15. Please contact to see if a party can be offered in your area.
